Donation Guidelines

We gladly accept most items commonly found in offices, classrooms, or on and around desks. This includes both new and gently used materials, unless otherwise specified. All items must be in clean, functional, and reusable condition—whether new or previously used.

Please bring your donations in boxes or containers that you do not need returned.  We are unable to accept items that are broken, unsafe, or require special disposal, such as fluorescent bulbs, chemicals, or other hazardous materials.

If you’re unsure whether your donation is appropriate or not listed in these guidelines, feel free to contact us at (304) 807-9651 or info@ttsen.org. If you're donating furniture or other large items, photos are helpful for pre-approval.

For computer and technology-related donations, please email Jeff directly at outreach@ttsen.org.
