The Daily Journal Instructions

The Daily Journal are one of the most popular items that we currently carry - We are looking to distribute over 40,000 daily journals this upcoming school year.  The Daily Journal pages are regular white copy paper, and the covers should be colored copy paper.

  1. Prepare the internal pages
  2. We need volunteers to count the paper into stacks of 10 sheets each.
  3. We will supply you the templet for the daily journal - This needs to be done on white copier paper.
  4. Covers
  5. You can download and print the covers yourself.  The file is available on our website site at www.ttsen.org.
  6. Print the covers on colored copy paper - bright blues, greens, & yellows are the most popular colors.
  7. Please don't print on cardstock.
  8. Please don't photocopy the covers as the quality deteriorates.
  9. With advance notice, TTSEN can provided a limited number of covers for you to pick up at our office.
  10. Assembly
  11. Assemble the daily journals with a front and back cover and 10 pages for the inside of the journals.
  12. The printing on both format and back covers should face the outside of the booklet.
  13. Make sure that all paper is neatly stacked, with no pages out of alignment.
  14. Package
  15. Count and stack the finished daily journals neatly into a box or boxes.
  16. Write the number of the daily journals included on the top of each box.
  17. Complete the paperwork
  18. Complete the Off-Site Project Submission Form.
  19. Add the form to the box of journals.
  20. Contact TTSEN to schedule the drop-off of the completed daily journals.
